Error: The ClipArt Gallery... when opening due to cannot support multiple users.

Error:

The ClipArt Gallery is already running.

Cause:

This error occurs more than one person tries to use ClipArt Gallery and the ARTGALRY.CAG file does not have a read-only attribute to allow multiple users. The ARTGALRY.CAG file contains descriptions and thumbnails of the different pictures in the ClipArt Gallery. A single copy of ARTGALRY.CAG cannot be installed on the network server for multiple user access.

Solution:

Install a copy of ClipArt Gallery for each user. Please refer this problem to the Network Administrator.
